Lenticular; in sunk relief with iroye incrustation and katakiri engraving is a half-figure of Kuan Yü [see EAX.10984] seated, with an attendant behind him holding his huge Dragon Halberd; at the back two Chinese warriors beneath a pine-tree, also a tent-curtain supported on a trident spear. Signed: Kazuyoshi [Japanese text] with kakihan [Figure]. (Sakai Hideyoshi, a pupil of Ōmori Teruhide.)
