The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries
A wide band with ornate chevrons which have hook borders and floral finials. The chevrons are set at right angles to a border with small triangles and stylized flowers.
There is a selvedge down one side, and a rolled hem along the opposite side. The band covers the width.
