    The Barlow Collection

The piece is finely made, of angular shape, the sides tapering, the top slightly domed and with an emphasized ridge around it, the lower part steeply angled towards the recessed base which is surrounded by a shallow footring. The white body is covered with a dry, faintly yellow-tinged glaze, the footring and area around it remain unglazed and have grit adhering, the rims are left free of glaze.
