    Catalogue of Islamic Seals and Talismans

    Red jasper; bezel, bevelled towards the front (but only very slightly) on the long sides, bevelled towards the back (but only very slightly) on the short sides; rectangular with cut angles; back angle cut in places. Two lines of cursive script (nasta`līq) separated by a triple line consisting of the returns of the loops of the final yā' in the word Mustafā.

    (1) My trust is in my Creator توكلى على خالقي
    (2) His servant Mustafā عبده مصطقى

    There are small leaves, consisting of strokes, spread on the ground. Two concentric lines follow the shape of the gem.
