    The A. H. Church Collection of Japanese Sword-Guards (Tsuba)

    Aori; "wire" edge; in rich iroye incrustation on the front, three butterflies; at the back a susuki plant, the leaves in relief or engraving, the stem in gold with silver inflorescence; ground with patches of punch-marks large and small. Signed in cursive: Inamoto [Japanese text] Masahiro (as the last [EAX.11083]) with kakihan (similar).

    Not quite such good work as the foregoing set.
