    The A. H. Church Collection of Japanese Sword-Guards (Tsuba)

    Mokkō; edge heavily and irregularly hammered up; each face stamped with repetitions (seven and five) of a snow-crystal design; six ants (one on the upper edge) and groups of tiny leaves are encrusted in silver and gold respectively.
