Chinese Prints 1950-2006 in the Ashmolean Museum
Lin Gang studied at the Fine Art Department of Huabei United University in 1947, and during 1949–51 he studied as a postgraduate in the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. Lin further studied at the Repin Institute in Leningrad during 1954–59. After his return he taught at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Lin specializes in oil painting.
