The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries

A small rectangle is filled completely with couched designs, much of it in silver thread. Outlines are embroidered in split stitch. It is difficult to make out the pattern, but there are two trefoils against a yellow ground, as well as two rows of circles. On one side of the rectangle are two separate circles, each filled with a single trefoil.
