The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries
Two wide bands, one embroidered in orange, the other red, containing an inscription with floral finials. In addition there is a narrow band with linked medallions, each containing an inscription embroidered in dark brown against a background of yellow, red, green, or light brown.
The large inscription bands are 4.5 cm wide, the narrow one is 2 cm.
