The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries

Three octagons with eight spokes, embroidered in turquoise slanted counted filling stitch worked in diagonal rows, with dark blue outlines embroidered in double running stitch. Small yellow satin stitch triangles with fragmentary remains of brown embroidery are set between the octagons, and there is a border of turquoise and yellow lozenges. All outlines are worked in dark blue double running stitch.
