The Newberry Collection of Islamic Embroideries
Remains of a band with part of a blue Maltese cross defined by yellow outline against a blue ground; a zigzag border.
The slanted counted filling stitches are worked in diagonal rows. The fragment's design and technical details are identical to EA1984.84a. The two textiles were part of the same fabric.
