    The Barlow Collection

The shallow dish has flared sides and rests on three short splayed legs. The inside is impressed with a central hexafoil floret, surrounded by a ring of heart-shaped arabesque motifs filled with blue and green glazes, while the ground, the outer sides and the feet are covered with a transparent glaze with a yellow tinge. The glaze has turned slightly iridescent in places, and the underside shows the pinkish-beige biscuit.
