Nanjing Bridge at night with fireworks

  • Description

The Yangzi road bridge was completed in 1968 and was the first such engineering project to be completed in the People’s Republic without assistance from outside China. As such it became a prominent symbol of pride and progress, celebrated in many media across a range of objects.
