The A. H. Church Collection of Japanese Sword-Guards (Tsuba)
Aori-mokkō, with the central part of each lobe very heavily hammered up; slight modelling of clouds and mist-wreaths, with a powdering of gold; iroye incrustation of fuki-yose or autumn débris, a few fallen cherry-blossoms, pine-needles, an ichō and a maple leaf; udenuki holes eyeletted with gold; kōgai-hole plugged with leather-grained silver.
