Catalogue of Islamic Seals and Talismans
Cornelian; bezel, bevelled towards the front; oval. Tughrā script; two figures beneath on the left side. There is a name that can be read as Ḥasan or Ḥusayn, and the word 'abd (servant). As on the preceding seal, there is also the word al-rājī (desiring). The two figures are 'one' and 'seven' and it is possible to complete the date, by comparision with the preceding seal, as 1217/1802-3.

The ground is engraved with some schematic flower heads consisting of simple strokes. One oval line follows the shape of the gem.
