Maharao Ratan Singh with courtiers

  • Description

    This is a posthumous portrait of Ratan Singh of Bundi (r.1607-1631), chief of the Hara Rajput clan, conversing with a courtier. At the end of his reign a division of the Bundi kingdom took place, creating the adjoining kingdom of Kota.
