Round tsuba with chrysanthemum florets

  • Literature notes

    Rather roughly made; chysthanthemoid design of 32 voided florets, their edges slightly raised; the border on each face shows a row of [curved trihedra, see Fig. 6] shapes, which, when the edge is looked at, are seen to form part of what can best be described as a sprocket-chain pattern.
