    Chinese Prints 1950-2006 in the Ashmolean Museum

    Deng Shu studied at the Fine Art Department of Huabei University and transferred as a postgraduate student to the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1949. She graduated from the Rebin Institute in Leningrad in 1961. After her return she taught at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. Deng specialised in New Year pictures and oil paintings.
