    Catalogue of Islamic Seals and Talismans

    Silver ring with large rectangular face with cut angles; front face is plain, back face is slightly rounded. The surface is divided by two straight horizontal lines and two straight vertical lines, crossed to form nine compartments. Two lines in every compartment, excepting the compartment in the middle of the upper row. Cursive script; engraved.

    the Advantageous One نافع the King ملك One احد
    the Merciful رحمن the Excusing معافي the Sovereign مليك

    One line follows the shape of the script face.
